ü  Eat healthy foods, especially veggies & fruits. Because fruits & veggies are not only good for your overall health, but they can also help your body recover from all-night partying, overtime from work, especially for alcoholic people, since alcohol can flush vitamins from your body.

ü  Take Vitamins daily, to help your body have strong immune system.

ü  Drink plenty of Water at least 8 glasses every day. By drinking lots of water, you will help your body get hydrated again 7 help it flush out the toxins.

ü  Eat Yogurt. Yogurt is not only a healthy & delicious, but it also helps your digestive system do its job more efficiently.
